Care Uniquely For You

My approach

Asking for help isn’t easy, and I understand that personally. My practice is rooted in respecting who you are and where you are in your journey. With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and now as an LPC-IT, I’m committed to providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals of all incomes, identities, cultures, and abilities can develop strategies for personal growth.

I am passionate about combining traditional therapy with personalized support to address your unique needs. I specialize in assisting individuals facing challenges related to life transitions, LGBTQIA issues, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, impulse control, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem. My medical background has given me insight into how chronic health conditions, including chronic pain, can impact mental health. Therefore, I can help create a tailored plan to manage the intersection of physical and mental health. Regardless of the reason you seek support, I believe it is essential to address both the mind and body to achieve overall well-being.

You are not alone. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you at a pace that feels comfortable. Sessions are available in person, virtually, or a combination of both, depending on your preferences. Sessions are offered via telehealth as early as 6 a.m.
